Many of you have asked if we can automatically deduct your monthly contribution from your account. We finally have the capability. If you are interested in setting up an automated contribution please complete the following steps:

1. Print out the document entitled "Authorization" that is found on this website.
2. Fill out the form completely.
3. Send it to us:
